• Information you provide when requesting support or communicating with usInformation Received From MetaWhen you authorize Social Link through Facebook or Instagram, Meta may provide information necessary to connect and manage your authorized business accounts, including:• Basic account or profile information
• Facebook Page names and identifiers
• Instagram professional-account names and identifiers
• Permissions granted to Social Link
• Access tokens used to perform authorized actions
• Publishing results, status information, and error messagesSocial Link never asks for or stores your Facebook or Instagram password.Information Collected AutomaticallyWhen you access Social Link, our application and service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, including:• Device and browser information
• IP address
• Application usage and interaction logs
• Login, connection, and publishing activity
• Error and diagnostic informationHOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATIONWe use the information we collect to:• Connect Social Link to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts that you authorize
• Schedule and publish approved content to connected accounts
• Display and manage connected business accounts
• Confirm whether posts were published successfully
• Provide customer support and communicate about the service
• Maintain, protect, troubleshoot, and improve Social Link
• Prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable legal obligationsSocial Link will only publish to accounts authorized by the account owner or an authorized business representative.HOW WE SHARE INFORMATIONWe may share information only as necessary:• With Meta to authenticate accounts and perform authorized publishing actions
• With hosting, database, security, and other service providers that help us operate Social Link
• When required by law, legal process, or government request
• When reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, or property of Wasoka & Company, our users, or othersWe do not sell or rent personal information.DATA SECURITYWe use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.Access tokens and other sensitive connection information are restricted to authorized systems and used only to provide the Social Link service. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.DATA RETENTIONWe retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Social Link, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.Meta access tokens and connected-account information are retained only while needed to maintain an authorized connection. When an account is disconnected or a valid deletion request is completed, we will delete or deactivate the associated information, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup-retention requirements.YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICESDepending on your location, you may have the right to:• Request access to information associated with your account
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw authorization or disconnect a Facebook or Instagram account
• Object to or restrict certain processing activitiesYou can disconnect Social Link by removing it from your Meta Business Integrations settings. • The Facebook Page or Instagram account connected to Social Link
• A statement that you are requesting deletion of your Social Link dataWe may request reasonable information to confirm your identity and authority over the connected business account.We will acknowledge and process valid deletion requests within 30 days, unless additional retention is required by law or for legitimate security purposes.You may also remove Social Link through your Facebook Business Integrations settings. When Meta sends Social Link a valid deauthorization or data-deletion request, we will begin processing the removal of the associated information.THIRD-PARTY SERVICESSocial Link works with third-party services, including Meta’s Facebook and Instagram platforms. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services we do not control.CHILDREN’S PRIVACYSocial Link is a business service and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.CHANGES TO THIS POLICYWe may update this Privacy Policy as Social Link develops or as legal and platform requirements change.
