• Information you provide when requesting support or communicating with usInformation Received From MetaWhen you authorize Wasoka Relay through Facebook or Instagram, Meta may provide information necessary to connect and manage your authorized business accounts, including:• Basic account or profile information
• Facebook Page names and identifiers
• Instagram professional-account names and identifiers
• Permissions granted to Wasoka Relay
• Access tokens used to perform authorized actions
• Publishing results, status information, and error messagesWasoka Relay never asks for or stores your Facebook or Instagram password.Information Collected AutomaticallyWhen you access Wasoka Relay, our application and service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, including:• Device and browser information

• Application usage and interaction logs

However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.DATA RETENTIONWe retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Wasoka Relay, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.Meta access tokens and connected-account information are retained only while needed to maintain an authorized connection. When an account is disconnected or a valid deletion request is completed, we will delete or deactivate the associated information, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup-retention requirements.YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICESDepending on your location, you may have the right to:• Request access to information associated with your account

• Your business or retail store name
• The Facebook Page or Instagram professional account connected to Wasoka Relay
• A statement confirming that you are requesting deletion of your Wasoka Relay dataDo not include passwords, access tokens, or other account login information.We may request reasonable information to confirm your identity and authority over the connected business account.We will acknowledge and process valid deletion requests within 30 days, unless additional retention is required by law or for legitimate security purposes.You may also remove Wasoka Relay through your Facebook Business Integrations settings. When Meta sends Wasoka Relay a valid deauthorization or data-deletion request, we will begin processing the removal of the associated information.THIRD-PARTY SERVICESWasoka Relay works with third-party services, including Meta’s Facebook and Instagram platforms. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services we do not control.CHILDREN’S PRIVACYWasoka Relay is a business service and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.CHANGES TO THIS POLICYWe may update this Privacy Policy as Wasoka Relay develops or as legal and platform requirements change.
